| CONDITIONS OF BOOKING |
To avoid any misunderstanding we would remind you that a verbal or written reservation constitutes a legal contract. In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, every endeavour will be made to re-let the accommodation. Should this be unsuccessful, then Victoria Lodge reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the total booking value. In order to avoid this unhappy prospect, we recommend you to consider holiday insurance. No reduction is made for temporary absence, or for departure earlier than booked.
We accept most major credit cards (not American Express). A non returnable deposit of 25% of the total cost will be required on booking, cheques should be made payable to Victoria Lodge. If no deposit is received within 7 days of making the booking we will cancel the reservation. The balance owing will be due on departure.
For the convenience of incoming guests we require rooms to be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. Rooms will be available for incoming guests from 3.00pm, but can be made available earlier if requested. Bags can be stored for those that need it. We do not have a 24 hour reception, so it would be greatly appreciated if you would let us know if you are arriving after 6.00pm, to ensure that someone is here to meet you on arrival.
